Not completely satisfied with your order? You can return any unworn and unwashed items (in their original condition) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@babybasicusa.com with your order number and reason for return. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once we receive the item.

Customs & Duties (USA)

Our terms of sale to customers in the USA are DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. The price you pay is fully inclusive of delivery, duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. No surprise charges at the door.
