We have two shipping options:
1) Standard worldwide shipping 5-9 business days cost $7.99. The products will be shiped trough the post office.
2) Express shipping up to 3 days cost $29.99 with UPS.
3) Standard free shipping worldwide on Orders above $100.
Not completely satisfied with the order? You can return any unworn and unwashed items (in their original condition) within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund. This doesn’t affect your rights to return faulty items.

Please use a parcel to ship us back the products. Attach the new label to the front of your package with the following address details:

and in the other sude of the pacel your full name, address, zip code, country and phone number. Please leave a note insode the parcel with your order number and the reason you want to return the products.
Return the package via the post; you’ll be required to pay the postage, which won’t be refunded by BabyBasic.
Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed.
You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations. Our terms of sale to our customers in the USA are DDP – Delivered Duty Paid. That is to say, the amount paid by you is fully inclusive of delivery to the specified delivery address and all duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.
